The Istanbul's Pasha Pasha Project in Bayoglu, affiliated to the European Department of Istanbul, will become the largest urban transformation project in the private sector inside Turkey. The project consisting of apartments, Rizids, commercial offices, hotel and shopping street was announced for the first time at the Mibem Show, which is considered the largest real estate exhibition in the world. Besides, the project is characterized by its central location near the D-100 Highway, Doulem Bagchi, Kagit Han, the Judicial Palace in Chaglian, health institutions, and Istiklal Street in the town of Bayoglu, Karakoy area, the Kapatash area, the Nishantashi and Bishktash regions. The design of the upward project with a capital of 800 million US dollars holds effects of Seljuk and Ottoman design arts. The project design is due to the designer Murad Kadir. Adnan Balla, Chairman of the Boat Holding Company, has explained that the project will achieve 100% profits until its delivery.
