Maxim Group for Construction launched the Bolvar Istanbul project in the town of Bashak Shahir, its new project under the name "A+ Live Athahir" at a location close to the Vinance Istanbul Center. The project equipped with a design that responds to all the needs of the region continues to rise with the capital of 200 million Turkish liras. Besides, the project will be very close to the E-5 and TEM highways at a point adjacent to the metro station. Bilal Idogan, a member of the Board of Directors of the Maxim Group Construction Company, stated that they had started construction procedures and the metaphysical easement of the project was established. Idogan added that they expect commercial offices to return to customers with profits of 60-80% and that rental revenues in the region start from $ 20 per square meter.
